I am thrilled to say that, after many days of tireless work, I have created a new system that will make the experience of my couples so much better. It will also streamline how I do things as well, making my own processes much more efficient.
Here are the new features that Chadwick Weddings is now offering in the new Client View for all of our couples:
- Now both members of the couple can log in to their own client view of their wedding details.
- They can see important details about their wedding date, and be reminded of important milestones like applying for the marriage license.
- They can see and edit their ceremony text anytime, and even enter their own private vows (which the other cannot see!)
- There's a place to keep notes in your account.
- They have access to many helpful wedding tip videos and can find answers to their most Frequently Asked Questions
- They can see their payment schedule and make an online payment right from their dashboard.
- They can update their guest count.
- They can see the place where their marriage license is going to be sent after the wedding and where they'll pick up marriage certificates after.
- They can send Michael a quick message right from the dashboard.
- Intimate and K.I.S.S. package buyers can use their (much improved) Ceremony Builder online and make changes anytime.
- They can update their sharing preferences, and have easy access to a place to leave a review after the wedding.
This is a massive step forward in improving quality for our couples, and I'm really happy to be able to say that the system is ready to go!
