From start to finish, my experience with Michael was flawless! I wish there was more than 5 stars to give :) He was so prompt with answering any questions or emails I sent him, extremely welcoming and always put me at ease.
Your kindness and friendly demeanor made me feel so calm up there and I needed that more than you know. I had a lot of anxiety about the moment going perfectly and it exceeded my expectations. Our microphone actually gave out 10 seconds into talking and you were able to just carry on and make it just as beautiful. Everyone was so impressed and happy with you, especially Dan and myself. You’re great at what you do!
