What a treat it was to be the Masker's Barn Wedding Officiant for Alexandra and Nicholas's mid-August wedding in Berkeley Heights, NJ! Every little detail was so well planned out, and there were more than a few tears shed when Alexandra's voice over served as a preamble for her perambulation down the aisle. She recorded a beautiful message for her soon to be husband that was played over her processional music. In hundreds of weddings I have performed, this was the first time experiencing such a personal touch. Their wonderfully sweet dog served as the perfect ring bearer.
Alexandra and Nicholas shared very personal, beautiful vows that they wrote themselves. This is always a wonderful way to personalize a wedding. I am always happy to get the vows from each member in the couple, to make sure beforehand that they are on the same page with tone and length. This is just part of the duties I am happy to perform as part of The Perfect Fit package! Their friends and family shared the adventure of a beautiful walk through nature to arrive at this intimate, charming wedding venue. The weather was on the warm side, but the celebration and everyone's kindness was even warmer.
