It's so very important that the person who will be bustling your dress knows how to do it well before cocktail hour arrives. That's the most chaotic time, and trying to do it with a video is just unwise.
While you're getting ready, have both your designated person, and a backup person, learn your dress bustle while it's nicely hanging up and no one is breathing down their neck to get it figured out so you can enter your own wedding reception on time. Look at what the trouble spot might be, figure out where you should start, see if there are any levels to the bustle (some bustles have separate pull ups for the underside material as well as the train!).
Trying to figure this out in the heat of the moment during cocktail hour is not advised.
