Being the Gothic Vampire Wedding Officiant for Annie and Benny's Halloween wedding was so cool. And, Annie and Benny are two of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of working with! The ceremony was held at Mount Moriah Cemetery west of Philadelphia. The weather was a tad on the chilly side. It was very appropriate for the setting! I had three weddings to perform that day so I couldn't go full vampire with them. But, I did wear my Haunted Mansion tie!
Annie and Benny wrote incredibly moving vows. They were so sincere and beautiful that I actually am speaking with them about using them in a choral piece I want to write! Many of their friends and family dressed up in costumes for the occasion. Even Annie's dog was dressed in a costume!
I'm so very glad I got to meet them for this amazing experience. A Gothic Vampire Wedding Officiant gig on Halloween? I'd love to do these every year! Thank you so much, Annie and Benny for giving me the pleasure and honor of sealing your marriage vows!
